Did Wayne Rooney get a mention?

Not from me. But here's one for premship luvvas....

"Apart from England and Liverpool skipper Gerrard, the only other Premier League players included are Manchester City's David Silva and Mario Balotelli."

Only two players in there who were not semi finalists. I guess that makes sense.

On them 2 performances I very much doubt he would have made a 100 man squad not that has anything to do with gerrards inclusion like

You can tell it is the summer when Gerrard getting on the subs bench for an imaginary team starts to seem worth talking about. Rooney isn't available for imaginary teams anymore having sustained an injury while playing for my All-Time Best Baldies Subbuteo team. He spat on Ralph Coates so I stamped on the dirty bastad.

I still play Subbuteo. Play as Malta in a 4-4-2 (the four midders in a diamond...Schembri as the playmaker) against other teams (I play as both teams!!!). I played Malta in the recent European Championship. Put them in place of France. I played out all of the other group games too (took me ages like). Eventually went out in qf's to Italy. Final was Germany 16 Italy 1.

Was I watching the same tourney? Think I saw around 40 midders who were better than Gerrard. He did make one killer cross though.

On Rooney's performances, I'd rather have Boyd back in our squad than that prossy bothering waste of trollfat.
