A few weeks ago I was talking to someone who used to work with a Bunkerite.

He told me a few good stories about their time together, and revealed that when he had a driving lesson, this particular Bunkerite was told by the instructor to drive straight over the next roundabout. Which he did, literally - mounted the kerb and went through the middle of it.

I don't know if he was bullshitting me or not, so if it is true, could the Bunkerite in question confirm this?

See half a F****** story again, the line "you told me to go straight on " was what I said as a one liner when I hit the roundabout because my lock was to tight(or whatever it called) Yes I carried on to the roundabout due to a F****** big petrol tanker alongside me and a bigger one behind me going in the same direction.

Once on roundabout I did manage to stop, to which I was asked what you doing ?

then came the one liner

"You told to go go straight on" Which I thought was funny but the fire brigade instructor didn't. I was actually going right at said roundabout (seal sand Link road/Tees Road roundabout.

I've never hidden the fact and as you can see I'm still not.

Nice one Bob. That is a much better version than what he told me.
