Our hot water taps keeps spluttering with quite some force. Why is that?

Ps im not expecting a seriou answer till maybe page 2 if im lucky?

I think you will find it is the universal Quelf thermo, if you go to B&Q, watch out for the bloke in the orange apron by the door, went on Sat and he said " Do you want decking"?, good job I got the first punch in :shifty:
