...well most things do but Anton Ferdinand says he would have been 'very hurt if he'd heard John Terry racially abusing him.'

So if he didn't, why is Terry in court??

Who is actually complaining?? stpid

I'm no fan of Terry, but how has this case come together??

Probably because he was caught on Live television calling someone a "fucking black 'lovely lovely person'"

I'm no lawyer but I reckon that's why.
