Two extraordinary meetings have been arranged to discuss this issue:

5 p.m. on 18th June – Presentation to all Members on Council on Mill House Site/Victoria Park. Daniel Robinson, Chairman Gus Robinson Developments and Russ Green, Hartlepool United Football Ltd will be in attendance.

7 p.m. on 28th June – Extraordinary Council - Mill House Site / Victoria Park

No idea if these are open to the public but it would be good if the group organising a campaign could be working with those doing the presentation, as fans we don't want to risk making contradictory statements or inadvertently pulling in opposite directions.

Does the development hinge on the ground transfer or would it still go ahead (minus the new rink end stand) if the council doesnt hand the ground over?

These 2 meeting will no doubt highlight that mr star but IMO it would go ahead without the ground.

If its the case that it would go ahead anyway then it wouldnt suprise me if the council didnt hand the ground over unless a substancial fee was paid. Its one of the big sticking point with the arena problem in Darlo, they council want their cut no matter what the consequences to the football club and ground. Politicians rarely do the decent thing if they think they are going to lose out.
