There seems to be a few people getting quite irate with certain members of the council, this is coming down to name calling regarding sexuality etc...
What we don't need is stuff like this, we need a structured, fair campaign with optimistic dialogue. We have time and this needs to be well thought out. We need to address the councilors with our ideas, our thoughts, not name calling and threats.

I'd suggest anything detrimental to the campaign that is posted as such on the bunkers main board be removed.
Its certainly not going to help.

This^^^^^^ Use reasoned discussions and arguments if people sink to name calling it lessens the strength of any argument. If you want to abuse people go on HTH they seem to revel in it.

Well said. I have been victimised before because of my sexuality, (and because I think that I am from Malta..but I HAVE found my birth certificate). Only born on Malta cos dad was serving there. (Rolls eyes in relief).

Ok I see your point, if they vote against then are we allowed to call them?

That would depend on what action the club take afterwards.

But seriously I still believe it's wrong it's ok if you know the person and it always been bit of a joke but resorting to name calling simply because you've lost an argument is still wrong in my opinion.

It's not 'your point exactly' you haven't taken the time to put it across like Mr Lightening Tree has. You've posted a few one line, provocative contributions without any substance.

He's absolutely right, homophobic comments are totally wrong and completely counter productive. Why give people a stick to beat us with? Any type of discrimination in any context is totally unacceptable and shouldn't have a place on here if people want to be taken seriously.

I will say one thing though, you and Parmo have had a spat on here passions are running high, but based purely on what of read on this forum(I know neither of you personally) I know which bloke has the most passion and support for Hartlepool United Football Club and Hartlepool in general. For me Mr Ronaldo, again personally I do not know you I'm only saying this again because you seem to assume that everyone knows you, you have a dislike for IOR or Ken Hodcroft. You have a downer on Pools and Hartlepool as a Town. I see an easy solution....
