Hindsight is a wonderful thing I suppose but surely they need to look into this so called test a bit more throughly.

Thank heavens for Lord William Nimmo Smith and the Scottish FA. I'm no fan of Rangers but it is never good to see a historic club placed in jeopardy by a man like Craig Whyte. Luckily their rigorous investigation will stop that from happening. Again, that is. If he tries to buy Celtic and then siphon off loads of cash he'll have to get a mate to front the whole operation and that will teach him.
