Got the house phone deal and have never had any problems with that.
They're offering me a deal for Broadband now.
Anyone else with them?
And if so, would you recommend them?

I'm with them, not really had any problems so far although it did take a bit longer than I thought for them to arrange the swapover. They bought AOL a while back I think, so they've probably got the tech backup now too.

they take absoferkinlutley yonmks to sort a transfer out and you get a very slightly worse service broadband wise as if a BT user as they use bt lines -

Not necessarily, in fact a couple of weeks ago they got their own equipment into my local exchange - I now have something like 5Mbps....

their own equipment in the exchange at the end of the bt equipment and line they still rely on bts line from in the exchange thro to your gaff - can you imagine bt giving them a good care as they give their own users.....i wouldnt!!

is it really low cost?

A failure to do so would be a breach of a dominant position and the OFT would be in like a flash!
