What a nob this bloke is. I used to like his attitude and general persona he had. But with the FA doing the big "RESPECT" campaign I sure hope they will come down hard on him after tonights antics.

Again for the second game running he has been caught by the TV cameras waving an imaginary card wanting opposing players to be given their marching orders. Is the not something in the letter of the law stating if a player does this then they in turn will be booked. Surely as a manager they cannot be seen promoting this action.
