Tried 1 of these tonight with a crusty french pain o summat, feckin lush and dead easy to do, great as a starter clappp

Chuck some cranberry on it, even better!

Put some shards of garlic clove in, drop of white wine and sea salt mmm, mmm :coool:

make sure it`s a wooden box with hinges and not glue, 20 mins at 200/gas 6
