they were talking about it on 5live today. sounds ok, expecially with a bit of knobbing in it (which is why chip watched it)

Just watched the first one based on the above recommendations. Think I'll stay up and watch a couple more!

Well I am certainly going to watch it on iplayer then The Killing is best thing I have seen since The Wire so if this is anywhere near then brilliant cheers

I'm upset that people have todo adaptations for Englsh speaking audiences just because its from Denmark and Sweden.

They've made some excellent TV in the last few weeks.

We've had a lot more foreign TV drama in the last year than I can remember.

The Killing was excellent.

Concurring with POK, the Swedish series of Wallander are superb, specially the early ones. Would have been great to look at even if the stories weren't good. The English version with Kenneth Brannagh was crap. Might have been influenced by my hatred of Brannagh and it probably suffered by comparison but it still seemed to be crap.
