The worst I saw was Kev Hendo at Brightons Withdean it was a lot worse than the John Terry one today,poor lad had a sore napper for weeks.

The best was that Cardiff muppet who knocked himself out after running into the goal post at home a few seasons back. stupid

That was opening day of season 98/99. After Earnshaw had equalised early in the second half. Beech had put is in front early in the game.
