I was a little wary of his appointment in the beginning and said so. Over the previous 12-14 months he's proved me wrong and I happily admit it. I'm now going back to the wary state of mind. Unusual team selection, unusual subs and a team in a poor run of form. I'm a great believer in that once the players cross that line it's their responsibility on how they perform, the manager can only attempt to change the game with his subs. Is MW capable of that at this moment in time ?

I am slowly thinking that it's time for a change, nothing drastic but maybe someone in as a manager with MW doing what he does best, coaching and taking the players on the training field, with someone else over-looking the situation. I don't think it's time to get rid of MW, in fact far from it, but I do believe that he needs help from someone other than senior pro's.

We're now in a poor run, everyone knows it and we need to get out of it asap. 3-5 weeks ago Orient away didn't look to difficult our bad form and their decent run at this moment in time makes it look just that now......difficult....... I don't think we will reach the stage of thinking we're in a relegation battle all season. But I now believe we have to freshen things up, the squad is decent , we can't afford to bring in players, either permanently in January or on loan now. So to me the only answer is to freshen up the management/coaching team. What do others think?

Don't go down the insulting anyone path, I don't think that will achieve anything, but do others believe some sort of help is needed or should we just try to persevere though this bad run.

MW doesn't deserve what some fans of other teams think of him from Poolies, he's does to much over the last season and bit, but at times everyone needs help. That can come from KH by bringing some experience into the coaching side of the team. Just my opinion.
