Simply because if I have to stand anywhere near the biggest no F*** all mouth all again I won't know what to do.

I said that £100 season tickets would bring them out and tonight they did. Its nearly Halloween this fu** er haunted me all 2nd half half. He knew about as much about football as my 8 month old grand-daughter in his 4 sizes too small stone island. According to him there were 23 "numpties" on the pitch, the referee was the numptie even when the linesman made the decision.

Against Sheff Wed last season in the 0-5 home game I was over aboard , and tonight with this plank stood next to me I realised just how much I may have spoilt that game to the person who spoke to me. If he reads this board once more I apologise after having been put through 45 minutes of listening to a f****** baboon (if thats not an insult to a baboon), I know how he felt that Saturday.

He was definitely a f****** throw back from something I'm just not sure what.

What was all the fuss tonight in the town end? Not that far from where you stand (or used to a few year ago).

Looked like a few handbags were flying about.

Alcohol is to blame, people with low intelligence open mouth prior to engaging brain and booze enhances the process, although they do not feel remorse as the alcohol numbs whatever brain cells they have stpid

I love the town end but last night I said to all the lads, if my season ticket wasnt for here I would probably move. Was full of kids all arguing about anything but the game and it spoilt it for me. I enjoy it there as there is generally a nice little atmosphere but its like a youth club now.

Noticed about 10 kids stood singing "same old people, always singing", ive never seen any of them there before ever.

We have the same problem with a guy who sits behind us..............never shuts up. We wouldn't mind so much if he talked coherently but he has something to say about every touch of the ball. I don't think he comprehends the fact that opposing players are entitled to play well and, from time to time, will beat our man or take the ball off our man.
He is spoiling our enjoyment of the game to such an extent that we are giving the game on Saturday a miss. It's either that or risk getting barred.
We are not fighting our way up the A1 to sit and listen to that **** all game. sadx sadx sadx

Basically it like Two Little Boys points out, the "handbag" argument started because someone had the audacity (if you can call it that) to actually say something like "that was sh**e" about a particular pass/attempt at goal, and this bloke turned round shouting your not as supporter, if your not supporting the team F*** off, you just a part time supporter which the kids joined in etc. Like I said Knew less than my grand-daughter about anything.

The problem is, at the moment the team are doing all they can in home games, to frustrate the life out of every one of us, and those on a slightly shorter fuse, or drink riddled, are less tolerant.

I am finding it quite easy to keep calm this season, despite being very frustrated with the manager and his unbalanced team selections, but I can understand the feelings being vented by others at present. The last 2 home games have been dire to say the least.

I think its slightly pompous if you cant see why people are frustrated at the moment.

What I find less tolerable are those venting their spleen when we were winning. Which is why I could not, and still cant, understand the behaviour towards Colin Nish.

I usually just carry on watching the game, but this was not simply frustration. It was nothing more than "hatred" towards the opposition and even towards a fan of the same club. Like Two little boys said maybe if I'd been 20 yrs younger as opposed to 2 foot taller. Maybe it's because I've chilled and made an attempt to do that since the Sheff Wed defeat has made me realise that yes you can show frustration but there is a point where you go overboard. I realised it maybe this(to use the only two words in his vocabulary) F****** numpty will realise it. I can accept frustration, so if someone stands/sits close to you and his frustration leads to him calling a particular player every week, will you accept that as frustration.

Where do you sit derwent? We have a bloke called Mick who sits behind us in the Mill House seats and all he does is slag off and deride our players from start to finish. He's done it for years, he's basically a wind up merchant and has been told to wind his neck in several times but he just keeps going on and on spouting shite! Best thing to do is ignore these people, they just like the sound of their own voice.

Bob, they are evrywhere now in the ground. We stand at the opposite end of the town end to you, and there are plenty of them there too.

I just dont know why some of them are there. But I can understand people being frustrated at the moment. There are plenty that were blaming Nish for the wycombe game after he came on, depsite us being 2-0 down before he got on. Ritchie Humphreys used to be a target for the same people.

It goes back to what I have thought for a long time, the people of Hartlepool are not great supporters as they claim to be.....infact I think a lot of them are the worst supporters going.

That section at the back of the Town End are probably the biggest set of twats in the north-east. I don't care how much they sing, they're a pack of tools.

Fully agreed. I've stood in the exact same spot since the town end opened, but I'm considering moving because they are nothing but chavvy scummy rarfs. The carry on last night was ridiculous, basically 15 lads bullying a lad who must have been 14 at most, it was on the verge of turning nasty. I hope they all catch aids

I stand there, I stood between the lad and the kid and got the kid away and told the lad that he was fully out of order and that he was basically bullying a little kid and to get a grip of himself. He seemed to after that.

I think i am gonna move slightly in future, not far, but probably just in front of the barrier away from all the youth club crowd.

Been the same for a while now mate but it seems this season it's even worse. Going by your username, I know who you are and stood next to you for years in the Town End. I stopped standing there about 5 year ago. I gave it a try again for Ritchie's game v Sunderland and it was just full of annoying little kids.

Mill House till I die.

A few years ago I thought about moving off the Mill House terrace because of the moaners, but it was pointed out to me that the moaners needed shouting down by sensible fans shouting encouragement, so I have remained there since.

Sometimes the town end can be very annoying.. I stand to the right of the goal and it isn't actually that bad, the occasional idiot shouting shite.. 2/3 seasons ago I used to hate it, especially the friday night matches when it just used to be like a youth club, groups of girls and lads shouting and screaming about, backs to the games and annoying everybody in site!
