You're not allowed to give up sprouts. it has to be one or more of the following: alcohol; chocolate; pies; sweets; puddings; biscuits; cakes. There are 1 or 2 other possibilities, but not sprouts.

Yes, tabs is another one.
I noticed for the first time last year that Lent is actually longer than 40 days...and then I discovered that only weekdays count, and that you're allowed to break your fast on Sundays. Another piece of useless information.
