Just seen 2 porkers bring the lad next door home, thought you had to be fit for that job and i`m not talking spare tyre here, they were the American jelly donut size :shock:

I walked down the path next to em, felt a little anorexic :razz:

Fit to get in, when your in I suppose they cant sack you for being over weight...

As far as I am aware the fitness test for the police involves doing the bleep test up to about level 5 which most people could do running backwards.

The fitness test for entering the army is nothing special either but they soon beast people into shape.

All, apart from one, got to level 11. 7 got to level 14. 5.4 really is a joke.

Its not like you have to really run either, you should be able to jog to 5.4

Its like the security guards in Middleton grange they look like they are a couple of dolly mixtures sort of a quarter in the first place but have the size of Mr Blobby with a skin tight white shirt tucked into there slacks.

Who exactly are they going to catch?

Well that depends on which version you are doing. I was led to believe the plod do the 15m version.

We had the team doing the 20m version used by the army.

And they did it in torrential rain. You will have done it in a state of the art poncey gymnasium.

You dont usually chase burglars on surfaces like that. :wink:

You can get an iphone app with it on but not sure how loud it'll be.

Ebay will probs have it, I can't imagine it being more than a couple of quid.

I wouldnt bother, as I doubt you or any of your team are either fit enough or good enough to warrant it.
