Got email from a mate in Stevenage today to say he is finally debt free! He had his own business that went tits up last year and left him in a lot of debt to the bank and credit card companies etc which resulted in many letters / phone calls / and visits to his home by debt collectors. Just before Christmas we had a chat and at that time he was very close to ending his life cas he could no longer fight these b****ds and could see no way forward. In January he met a bloke in his local who advised him to contact a site that deals in these problems and could wipe away all these loans free of charge and help him make a fresh "loan free" start. When he told me this news I honestly thought it must be bull**** but here we are 6months later and he is free of all his bank and credit cards loans and it cost him nowt but his time.

I take it he lives in rented property. I work for a bank owned company and the fact that unless you own your house then the bank is powerless to do anything of significance against you.

Your mates credit rating will be shagged for seven years but its perfectly feasible for him to have a clean slate.

No Mr. I ..He is buying his house and he got collateral in the property. He told me that the longest period he can be blacked is 18 months but he is clear now. I know you will say the law is this and that BUT he explained that its more to do with the " monopoly money" you borrowed i.e bank loan / credit card than the money you think you owe.

Option 3 Copyright and Trademark Procedure
