Why has the thread about the deleted Nish thread been locked?

cos mandy quit the board, it's been locked in his honour.

And Grave this is the jist I believe - From the sounds of it some lad slagged off Colin Nish so Mandy..? used his email address to find out who he was on facebook and posted a picture of him and called him a name...

Thats about right johnny, and then a few others were like away thats a tad harsh, including me, as i feel it is, so mandy was like... i'm out, delete me, get me out of here!

It wasn't even a picture of that lad anyway it was his cousin :)

Someone bolloxed up a penalty,someone over reacted,someone else over reacted to the over reaction & then someone else said lets not over react & someone else said 'but he was negative so we have to over react' & threads got deleted & locked & people had hissy fits & its just possible that we may be looking at 4 nights of cyber-rioting with cyber hooligans running wild & cyber looting the mods forum & bunker market place (where you can buy a range of quality goods at unbeatable prices) & someone will blame the niggers & someone else will say 'but there are no niggers on the bunker' & people will be sat outside their threads mouse in hand ready to defend them from invaders & before you know it all threads will be locked & we'll all have to stay offline while the army cleans up the boards & in the meantime Pools will play again & god help us if we dont win !!!

People take things too seriously at times - most people probably talk shite from time to time or say things we may later regret - I don't see the point of going into a strop and resigning. It's Dummy Spitting to the max....

well as long as free speech is the winner then I suppose you will all be happy. Its better that, than protecting new players from the utter shite known as Hartlepool fans.(some).

"Protecting new players" yeah because Mr Nish would be so bothered about a lad who is under 25 saying he was crap.

Surely then in your mind the same logic should be applied to this lad and you should "protect" him as a new member to the board rather than jumping on his back, after he appologised, and people posting pictures of him/his cousin.

Also I seem to remember me getting hounded for supposidly bullying / mocking POK along with pubey for being daft, however when others (or older members of the board) get pulled up for it there is hell on.
