Good job we don't have sharia law. There would be thousands of looters walking around with a hand missing. Watched a video of this barbaric act from Iran. They tie a piece of wood to the bottom of you arm and they hold you down while some animal with an axe chops you in one go leaving the victim screaming his fooking head off.
