I read it a while ago. Thought it was alright-ish but it has to be said you don't get much book for yer money.

It promises a lot but didn't really deliver IMHO.

More of a novella than a novel, like. The drugs stuff was a bit formulaic really, nothing original.

But BBC Radio 3 called it "wonderful" and Tatler mag said it was "a masterpiece of gutter romanticism" !

I'm not being funny but my debut novel has just been finished and I will be sending it off to agents in a couple of weeks or so.
It may take a few months or so but it should be out this year, provisionally entitled 'Intentionally Homeless'.
And I guarantee it will be far better than this given reviews so far.
A novel for those who read and a novel for those who dont.

Good Luck BWH, a very competitive market out there. If you are sucessful at it, it must be a more financially rewarding way of life.

My 21 year old is still working on his first sci fi novel, that will hopefully provide a good 'pension' for me and PC. If not I will have to continue to try to find a way to make my fortune from this tinternet thing.
