... crap as we both believe that the idea of resricting such gestures to a set date is criminal, but I broke with tradition tonight when I went in Tesco's at tea time. It was there on the shelf, what she had been talking about that morning, the little devil appeared on my shoulder and kept saying ... "break with tradition you awkward twat...go on, buy it". I looked like Father Dougal in a confused state and finally thought....what the hell, she asked for it, she's gonna get it, it is Valentines day after all, if she doesn't like it it'll always come in....so I bought the Stanley scraper she wanted for the cooker ........and was she grateful?

...she's still laughing rolfl

I always buy something that I know she will use, so yes, a tub of Lloreal anti wrinkle cream, a bag of mini munchies and a bag of mint aero balls.

She got up this morning and said to me, well do I look 10 years younger? I said no but you look 10 lbs heavier
