Unjustifiably.... But it ended up a free game if that makes sense...

Swindon lost and so it one game more more gone and we still 9 points clear bottom 4 and with still 2 games in hand. Could be better but more importantly could been worse.

I don't like it when people whinge about refs costing them the game, people like Alladice and my brother in law who claims every goal Sunderland concede was iffy, but today that tw@t of a thousand chunts in orange cost us 3 points and no mistake.

I thought we were the better team by some way but still insisted on hoofing it up to Donaldson & straight onto the head of their two- centre halfs far too often.

Anyone know why the "goal" was disallowed?

On another day we would have won this type of match but inconsistent reffing & our repeated failure to hit the target cost us the game.

They offered no threat for most of the game.

Bad mistake from Horwood but the lad has had a great season & I hope he puts this behind him quickly.

As Fetish & Chip note we're still 9 points clear of the drop so hopefully no harm done.

Admittedly, I've only seen 4 games this season.
However, based on reports etc, I don't think we need to worry about going down.
Just how high we can get.
Having said that, I think play-offs are a step too far.
I certainly would've settled for top half in September.

Bristol Rovers, Swindon and Plymouth are all on poor runs (despite Bristol winning yesterday) and, Dagenham won't get too many wins you would imagine, based on their performance up here (mainly cos most teams will punish them instead of letting them off the hook). Walsall and Yeovil showed signs of a revival but have waned a bit since then.
Pools need another 4 wins and a couple of draws from 16 games to be safe. We could lose 10 based on that and stay up

Donaldson seemed to confirm to one of their defenders that he touched it before putting it in the net.
