End of the season for pheasant is the end of jan so thats one old pheasant, normal hanging is up to 10 days when its cold but its been mild lately, so its way over the time it should have been eaten

It was frozen, defrosted and stinky, must have been past its best when frozen like, threw it in the field behind me, the fox will eat it!
