Hi Everyone, Just a quick one to remind anyone out there who is a known security professional and would like to attend briefing tomorrow. As mentioned in the last email there are companies coming along interested in meeting you. Remember if you are actively looking look for work on the circuit or seeking something new, more candidates will result in more companies attending following events offering more opportunities for you. So it is a good investment of your time and also an excuse to have a beer and a chat with other lads on the circuit, you never know what you will find out. The Following companies will be along on Tuesday: ISS Pegasus Security Armour Group/Phoenix Tavcom ISPA and of course Harry Harrington a recruiter from one of the biggest companies operating in Iraq will be there.

Wages about $1000 a day tax free if you fancy it.

My uncle is out there at the moment

When he was last home I asked him what it was like

He said 'A bit noisy' I also asked him where his tan was, he said 'I spend too much time ducking for cover to get a tan!'

The nearest I ever got to a war zone was in Oman, spent a couple of days in Salalah, on the border of the Yemen. All the locals walking about, in the town, armed to the teeth. I was in the admin office when a Snowdrop (Military Police) Corporal walked in, dropped his weapon on the counter, and said "right who do I see about my pay query" rolfl rolfl

If I spent another 28 days there I could have qualified for a General Service Medal.
