Best place is the streets around the industrial area off London Road. Set your Sat Nav for Crocus Street and trawl the streets round there.

Other than that there is some free parking on Meadow Lane and up Daleside Road if you fancy a stroll. There are also some chancers offering match day parking on the roads next to the official entrance.


Pubs: No doubt the Fetishist will be heading to Hooters but if you've got a bit of time theres the Trip to Jerusalem in town, reputed to be the oldest pub in Britain. Theres the Magpie - obviously a home pub. It's not that far from the city centre so theres all manner of hostelries there.

Food: theres a couple of 2 for a tenner places towards the Big Asda ( on the A60) thats the road leading down towards the ground from the ring road and no end of salmonella sellers round the ground.

Seemed to cope very well without him and Monky on Saturday!!!
