The problem is that im at a meal tonight (hence why i need to get back to town) and if i have a big meal now i will not eat the scran later on. May have to make do with lots of cups of tea.

A Weatherspoon's big breakfast always sorts me out. Not sure if they do them all day though.

Burger and chips in the oven. The scran tonight will probably be rubbish anyway.

I drink 2-3 green drinks (wheatgrass, barleygrass etc;) per day and have never had a hangover since I started drinking them 2 years ago. It might be because of the alkaline content or the fact I am drinking a lot more fluid.

Anyway if you don't have any wheat grass which I doubt you have try half filling a pint glass with water, then filling almost to the top with pure orange (not sunny delight). Add half a tea spoon of salt and a tea spoon of sugar. Stir for about 20 seconds. Drink one of those straight away and then repeat the process in about half an hour to an hour, then after a dump you will be sorted...!

a combination of things usually helps, i normally try and neck as much water as i can when i get in an have a bottle of water next to me bed cos it saves gettin up in the night while your still smashed (i can only ever seem to walk sideways).

sweating it out is good of getting rid of it but not very pleasent

big sh1t and a good w4nk are helpful.

f000d on way home and mornin after parmo and pizza are good kebbab is helpful with the previous point.

hair of the dog and not sobering up works well.

fresh air and a bit of a walk out are sometimes good sometimes not, never really know till i try :uhoh:

You find 12 hour old takeaway food helpful when having a wank

Don't knock it until you've tried it I suppose.
