by a very nasty piece of work... a lad who actually played footy for Darlo some years back. Not someone to be messed with so I doubt Woodgate will be back in Boro any time soon (or not without some big horrible minders)

shit sticks and it's obvious after the fiasco at leeds, then all the shit at boro, that woodgate is a fookin tool.

Which is a shame cos when fit i thought he was a world class centre back, better than terry, better than rio, better than anyone we've had in the last 10 years.

I remember seeing him play for england when he was about 21, chased someone down from about 35 yards and performed an amazing slide tackle on him, he was unreal.

Just messed it up. Too much too young.

Friends of mine at work are from Eston, and are Woodgate's school/teenage/going out pals.

The stories I've heard suggest "fookin tool" is way, way too mild.
