So are we getting special dispensation for this loan signing. As the window is closed.

As far as I know the emergency transfer window closes at 5pm on the fourth Thursday in November

Then after the January window it opens 7 days after and closes at 5pm on the fourth Thursday in March

I'm happy to be corrected

Maybe we have asked for special dispensation as we don't have a centre forward.

As proof they sent a video compilation of Colin Larkin's season.

Maybe the rules for youth loan signings are different?

I read it more as though there is another youth player leaving on loan rather than us bringing someone in sctatchinghead

Quote:
One loan gone another set up to start next week very exciting but can't give to many details until next week

I thought he was referring to the boy Poole? as in one loan gone

Dont see how one of our youth team leaving on loan would be exciting for anyone associated with the club other than the individual himself and only if its on to greater things ie.. a bigger club.........Unless it's try before you buy then I could understand.

As some of the other dodge pots have already said " they think the loan window is closed"

So it may be hoffle scoffle again?

I have been wishing for a striker for some time now ask Chip  maybe I might get my wish just in time for Christmas

given mickey barron is the youth team coach, and given how one of the youth guys has just gone out on loan, it probably is quite exciting when some of his players go out and get first team experience for the first time. Genuinelly will be amazed if this is for the first team, and I imagine Mickey might get in a little bit of trouble leaking it if it was!

yes quite true poolieboydave.......mostly wishful thinking on my behalf again I suppose ? banghead

However at least he (barron) does not name anyone nor has he informed every other club via every newspaper & the Sky Sports News Channel like another certain individual used to everytime a player was linked to the club rage

So I think he is ok on the getting into trouble bit...well I hope he is bbolt

Dodge pots from the FA think it's closed as well. Here's their rule

51.2.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of Regulation 51.2.1, a Player cannot be registered on an Emergency Loan or Youth Loan:

(a) during the period of seven days after the end of a Transfer Window;

(b) in the first half of the Season, after 5pm on the fourth Thursday in November; and

(c) in the second half of the Season, after 5pm on the fourth Thursday in March

Emergency loan(s) the window certainly seems closed. Part (b) says just that.

:uhoh: I suppose I have to wait till next season then especially now I have just read the reason why MW sent young Poole back at the end of his loan with us...

Because the strikers that have been injured/missing are on their way back! sadx sadx
