Just noticed this. Excellent news. More good PR coming from the club. Should shut up the anti IOR Mob again. Now all we need is a new striker and a fully fit James Brown, and Chimpionship here we come.

Made a big difference to the crowd last time didn't it - not. Pools probably ended up actually losing money beacuse of it. Non the less, reguar attenders will welcom ethis gesture by the Club once again. Well done Pools!

How do you know that there wouldn't have been half as many people there if they'd charged full price against VM?

Exactly, and the fact that we were playing a Car Plant nightshift team was hardly likely to have fans flocking to see them. Lets face it, how many of you would pay £12 to watch Vauxhall Motors, or any team at their level, in any other circumstances?

York have already asked for 1000 tickets. Cant fault your lot for only charging £12 seeing as though Yeovil wont bring too many. However £15 for local derby in the cup isnt that bad a deal.

We'll just have to see how many more are attracted to come along at £12 to see the mighty Yeovil. While I think £20 is well over the top for football at this level - I am not at all convinced that reducing the charge - welcome though its is - has a significant affect on the gate. Just my opinion.

It should be cheaper! We only get 3000 fans a game... If even lower for both league and cup we could go back to the days when 4000 was dissapointing.

In a few months time it'll be a decade since Darlo beat Pools. That's TEN (T...E...N) years.
