Some pics of the ground that awaits pools next tuesday. Not sure what they will do for segregation but hopefully we'll get the covered terrace or the seats rather than just stood behind one of the goals.

Who fancies it? I'm going to try to get there although haven't asked the wife yet bbolt

No mention of that on their web site it says admission is £12 for adults and is not all ticket.

I hope its not at Prenton Park as 2 visits to that place in a month does not appeal to me at all. Where did you hear that?

Also as H99 says it spoils the feel of the game

A venue can only be switched if the authorities feel that there will be safety issues. As it is I can't see there being any problems here.

Morning lads, a couple of quick tips from a local... the game is definately at RP, although I would advise you get there early as the ground is literally on a country lane attached to the side of the M53. There is a bar at the ground that will comfortably fit approx 300, tho service is always slow. For those of you, if any, arriving by train, the nearest station is Hooton, accesible from Liverpool and Chester. Alternate pre-match beers can be had in Little Sutton, which has half a dozen decent pubs and a few take away food options. Don;t bother going into the centre of Ellesmere Port, it's an absolute shithole with only a tiny Wetherspoons, an enormous Asda and some seriously odd locals. Enjoy. :)
