...to knock another 500 fans off the next home attendance it was that pile of unadulterated shite I witnessed today. I'm not going to pull punches tonight cos' I'm really pissed off after that totally inept performance.
I've seen more threat up front from an U11 school team than we had today. After last seasons debacles against Kettering and Grimsby you'd think we'd learnt our lessons, but no, an aimless, gutless, we dont want to be here approach, from players who obviously dont share the same passion we fans have for the importance of this fantastic competition.
This a showcase which if we approached it correctly could have seen us trotting out at Old Trafford last season, can you imagine what a game like that can do for your support. But no lets cheese off whats left of the dwindling hardcore, with seasoned so called professionals proceeding to make a procession of halfhearted if not woeful attempts on goal which make it feel that stopping at home and painting the bedroom ceiling seem like a much better option......Sorry HUFC but you've lost me for Saturdays game now as that was simply just not good enough, and when and if I return well I just dont know.........cos that was complete and utter pants.

I agree it was bad but the main thing is we are in the draw for the 2nd round.
Surely we can't play as bad again!

Couldnt agree more. And I really begrudge paying £18 next week to watch a striker i consider a poorer player than myself. I never thought I would ever watch pools play with such an inept player, not in this era.

If Larkin starts on Wednesday and Wadsworth indicates that he'll be starting on Saturday I think I'll take my boy to Summerhill or Mister Twisters.

Oh God no, if that was the case there'd be more than Larkin getting the chop!

Sounds like a place where the Millhouse moaners would meet for a pint but it is a kids soft play area a bit like the Wacky Warehouse but a bit bigger

It took until about the 40th minute before I noticed Gamble was on the pitch.

I haven't a clue why he isn't geting a game. The only midfielder who really lets the opposistion know he is there and he also uses the ball sensibly most of the time. If fit he simply must start going on what I've seen so far this season...
