Film set needed

Jonny - our college Poolie - is looking for an isolated house/barn he could use as a location for a short zombie fillum scene. Does anyone know of any relatively large, derelict /run down houses in this area where he would be OK to film. It would help if there were some trees close by too.

Any ideas guys ??
