Toy Story. Started watching it with the daughter when she was only a tot, but the more you watch it, the more you spot the humour that is aimed at adults.

Toy Story, only because one of the kids used to watch it 5 times a day for about 2 years.

Through choice, it would probably be The Matrix (coolest fillum ever) or Ace Ventura Pet Detective (because its just bloody hilarious).

Bad Taste.

Because it's cult-tastic nonsense!

Heat or the Godfather series. Hard to pick between them.

I know I'm not a film buff, but apart from occasional mentions on here, I've never heard of Heat. Was it not a 'mainstream' film when it was released? I'm aware of Michael Mann, the director of the film, and know most of his films from the last 20 years, but not this particular one, anyone any idea why?

Seeing as Pacino and De Niro are both in it, its hardly an obscure cult fillum Mr B.

It's a really good fillum with the exception of the 'technical advisor'.

I guessed that much from the 2 main stars, once I checked it out on IMDB, but I can honestly say I've never seen it mentioned anywhere, apart from The Bunker. I also would have thought it would have been a big feature in 1995, when it was released. Maybe having 3 lads aged 10, 5 and 3 at the time I was too busy with other things, rather than keeping up with the latest Hollywood releases.

I have probably watched the various productions of A Christmas Carol more than any other story, mainly because it is on just about every Xmas.
My favourite version is Michael Caine and the Muppets.
I also watch Hornblower starring Gregory Peck and Chisum starring John Wayne quite a bit.
Zulu must be another because when I put it on these days it gets greeted with........." not again "

Zulu is without doubt my most watched, and favourite film. I have never failed to leak water from my eyes, when the 3 ranks of men hold back the final attack.

Before my time, but I love Ealing comedies.. always a very subtle sting in the tale and the original 'League of Gentlemen'.

Thanks for that Mr I.

One slight problem, I'm watching it now, but the soundtrack is a couple of seconds behind the pictures.

Bit of the same as other peoples reasons on here for mine.

Wizard of Oz

From about the age of 2-3 my daughter loved it, and would literally would it 3 or 4 times on the bounce, was in a trance by it.

So i could pretty much quote that film word for word.

Download a free video player called VLC media player, that will sort it out.

Probably Rita, Sue and Bob Too. Mainly for the dialogue, it is absolutely superb.

Also packed with lots of radged characters. Sue's dad is the best dad in any film anywhere, he kicks Homer Simpson's arse!
