He has failed in just about every single jobs he's had as a manager. His record is awful.

He always had an air of the loser about him in my eyes. Even when he was doing well with Forest he seemed to be surprised by it all. I would sooner have Martin Allen than him.

Paul Hart is another one of those who is a very good coach (Certainly from his time at Forest helping to bring through players like Jenas & Dawson) , but a crap manager...
