Hi

Me and a few mates are in London on the 18th September and we have decided that Hartlepool deserve our support for the Brentford match (there is no logical reasonining or explanation behind this).

I know its a little way away yet, but just after a little bit of information - I've been to Brentford before, so no problems there, but just wondering how many supporters you think you'll bring, and do regular travellers meet somewhere for a pint pre-match? I'm also assuming that the vast majority of your followers congregate on the terrace rather than the seating above?

Cheers

well last season most pools fans were in the pub where Green Steet was set, right on the corner near the away turnstiles and if i go again this year, that'll be the one i go in. reckon we'll take around 200

That would be The Beehive. No trouble in there then?

We went into the New Inn, lots of Poolies did too and the atmosphere was good as was the beer. Depending on Results 2-300 will probably travel down.

Yes of course it's The Griffin! Been a few years since my last visit, used to watch Rugby League there.

Went to a couple of Sheffield United games, wasn't particularly impressed. Can't stand Wednesday. Moved back down South now after Uni.

The pope is also in London the day we at Brentford - warnings are apparently already going out about stations being packed - can't see the roads being empty!!

Wonder if he's got his match ticket yet!?!
