I know someone who lives opposite Alan Pardew in Warlingham and it has been on the cards for some time apparently. There were strong rumours that he was going to go in the summer as the club expected promotion last year following player investments (despite the 10 point deduction). Maybe they were waiting for a ready replacement

Don't say he travels down every day to Southampton, He's probably travel sick ... never seen him on the platfrom at Upper Warlingham. :wink:
