To whoever is in charge of logistics at the muppet rail company as it should be called, next time Sunderland are at home against a big name club, please put more than 2 coaches on!!!!!!

Must have been 40 peeps got on at Hartlepool to an already full train, another 40 got on at Seaham, packed in like sardines and full of mackems( spit), on the upside the portly ticket collector couldn`t get down the train to collect the money saving £10.80, on the downside muppet rail, he didn`t collect a penny off the seaham peeps or half the poolie lot, great business strategy stpid stpid banghead taz taz

Grand central on way back, excellent service chaps, however nobody came for the money either, cheap day out for me( although nothing compensates for a day at granmas!) the other 14 in my carriage also thank you, how do these twunts make money ffs stpid

Happens all the time, I'm there every day and the number of times the daughters phoned to ask if I can drop her off or pick her up at Sunderland is a joke. Trouble is we mistake it for a service, it aint, it's a franchise to a price and even though the dimmest of planners must know there'll be peaks and troughs, they don't adapt because basically they don't have to. They offer a minimum service, squeeze as many on as possible when it's busy and bugger the rest, a great introduction to the joys of rail travel.

Simple, the wonderful companies who took over after 'rubbish' British Rail receive a subsidy far in excess of anything British Rail ever did. Privatisation...?, Bah  .

Common sense doesn`t sink to the bottom where these people feed, perhaps thats why they collect tickets, worse when your loved ones involved though!
