but taking it at face value it may well explain why russ went when he did if he is unwell.
and it sounds like turner wanted money to waste on more players to not play so in the circumstances good riddance.
wadsworth seems to have the players playing like they are capable of.

I don't recall it being mentioned by the club previously about any health problems with Russ.

Nice to see KH being a bit more open for a change.

I have just stole this from the vital board.

Well seaton, personally I think ken was always gonna leave wadsworth in caretaker mode as it saves money, and its just too much effort and hassle to show the slightest bit of ambition to move this club forward.

if wadsworth had jumped ship with turner and green too,it would have been given to barron or humps for almost certain.

totally predicted this-wadsworth to remain as caretaker for ooh what,a couple of seasons like turner was? its gonna be 3/4 years without a manager at this club-a complete lack of ambition shown by hodcroft (nothing against wadsworth as ill back him to the hilt)-but I get an overwhelming feeling that ken just doesnt give a s**t about this club anymore, and is only keeping hold of us,no 'using' us to continue whatever it is that is benefiting IOR-tax loss? etc.

completely underwhelmed-if hodcroft wanted to increase the gate by a thousand-and ANY chairman in their rright mind should!!!! he should have been looking into the benefits of bringing in a fresh new face.

So,ken, answer me this-where DO you see this club going? and are you even at all bothered?

Seriously,I think he should look himself in the mirror and ask himself-then be honest to us fans about it,but we all know that wont happen.

Im starting to care less and less what goes on at my club these days, cos its all fookin crap when its not rocket science to how hodcroft could improve things-without spending great wads of cash-ie good pr which would have stated with appointing a 'manager'.

you have just failed spectacularly to put a much needed approximate 1000 more bums on seats-well done,no really, well fookin done ken.

I agree

We need a manager, i'm sick of people just plodding along with no real idea of where they are going.

A young ambitious manager could come in with a real plan to take this club forward.
