Having seen a thread on another board about him, (price of tickets for his talk in next month) Had me thinking.

Would he like the Manager's job at Pools ??????

Advantages

He wants to get into coaching/management

Currently works as a scout for Leicester, so still seeing games.

Disadvantage

Still lives in Southampton.

Just maybe he can help get the bus back on track.....

It's a double edged sword. He's a motivator sure, but some would say a bully.

I'm not advocating him in any way just opening it up to debate.

and i don't think the club would stretch to a motivation coach at the moment.
