Wouldn’t of thought so. He left MK Dons because he couldn’t work within his budget!! Can’t see him getting more money to work from here….

He was sat with uncle ken and a couple of other guys in suits.
I don't think he was here to sample the foot long hot dogs.
Btw- would be a great appointment.

Paul Ince would do for me and I know he has a bit of admiration for the set up at Pools. He was very good and very complimentary after MK Dons smashed us 5-0 last season about the club.

Can't see Paul Ince joining us. For a start he will be on big money and will demand a big transfer fund. As someone said he left MKD because of lack of investment and coming to us would be out of a nice big frying pan into a bloody hot fire. Like to see it with Wadsworth as coach but it's not going to happen.

Who ever comes in will need to get rid of Bjornsson, Fredrikson, Larkin FFS, McSweeney, MacKay FFS (if at all possible as they are on life time deals with us) before they can spend any more money. They must be on £5K a week between them and that could bring in 2 proper players for that amount. You know players who can effect a game positively.

So get rid of five players and bring in two when our squad is paper thin anyway that makes sense like. Freddy has played well this season when he has come on so I don't think he needs to be got shot off.

Did anyone actually see Ince there last night???

be a bloody brilliant appointment.

His second spell at mk aside...

He dragged macclesfield out of the bottom 2 in league two and kept them up, that is a fooking miracle!

Then got mk promoted, then earned a move to blackburn.

I hope he doesnt go on about how black he is all the time though, we all have eyes paul!

I was sat within eyeshot of Ken Hodcroft (he was sat behind me to the right a few rows back) and I never once saw Paul Ince. Not saying he wasn't there like coz I was concentrating on the match more than looking for folk in the crowd.

I did see Graham Kavanagh for the second time this season though.

Paul Ince wasn't there last night. Two lads sat directly infront of me at our match were talking about sending texts to 606 claiming they were Poolies and had spotted Paul Ince. Trust me, I saw it with my own eyes.

I'm not one to cause trouble on here, most of the lads I know on IntoTheBlue will vouch for that. Believe me or not, Paul Ince was not there and it was sent by two teenagers sat infront of me.

I'll re-post this for those who have chosen to ignore it. I'm pretty certain i'd have seen him from the seat I sit in. Unless he was sat in a different part of the ground, i'm pretty sure he wasn't there

There was a guy who could only have been Paul Inces identical twin sat behind Ken.

Ah, that will have been Clayton Ince, our new goalkeeper coach...

If we take Karl Popper theories then 1000's of "non sightings" will not prove if he was there or not. However, it will only take 1 correctly identified sighting to prove he was there.

If he was there, then it's a miracle, as I know what I saw/heard the lads infront of me talking about. I'm not blind, and I am certainly not deaf.

Well i'm not one for spreading false rumours (like some) and its some co-incidence that my mate said ince was sat in the middle of the ck stand.
I do wear geggs but my eyesight aint that bad.

Mind according to some I was watching a different game last night so maybe it wasn't him!!

If Ince was sat with you between the hours of 7.30pm and 10pm, and you were not at the Vic, then it's a miracle.
It's mealy a coincidence if Ince was at the Vic and the lads in front of you text BBC "as a joke" stating so as well.

The fact your not blind or deaf is irrelevant

It must having been a cracking game in jumpers for goalposts league if people are having to resort to stuff like that to fill 90 minutes.

Mark Cooper, not exactly a purist is he? He makes John Beck look like Ajax coaching material.

It was probably one of the most entertaining things about last nights games PJ. It was one of the most boring games I've seen in a number of years.

As for Cooper, I've been impressed with what he's done so far. He took over and didn't exactly have plenty of time to get players in and get us playing together did he? But what he has done is got us pretty tight at the back. If we had last seasons players and Steve Staunton in charge, we'd have lost by three or four.

What he needs to do now is solve our attacking problems, it's no good being solid at the back if we can't put the ball in the net at the other end. Obviously there is still work to do at the back, but compared to last season it's bloody watertight.

I think you are probably tighter at the back because the standard of opposition is fooking shite.

HTH.

The problem with Ince being appointed is that you really need a manager with a two syllable surname to get the full effect of singing for his sacking.

'Turner out' 'Wilson out' 'Houchen out' and 'Gibson out' all rolled off the tongue. 'Ince out' wouldn't.

confised
