couldn't agree more. think most peoples' fear was that our council would cock up their end of things, but its hard to see what could have been improved, other than the weather.

99% of people will have gone away with a brilliant impression of the town, we got a boatload of decent bands, good crowds and international recognition and we didn't let ourselves down.
