Judging by the radio commentary it's been a very bright but even start. A couple of errors by Flinders that have almost cost us but we are definitely holding our own.

Comments on the 'determination' and 'attitude' of the pools players are very encouraging as well.

Can't get the audio commentary to work but looking at the stats on the official site it is very encouraging*. 66% of possession and 5 shots on target suggests that we're having a go. Given the impetus behind newly promoted clubs and the excitement their fans generate I'd be pleased with a point but I'm delighted that we look to be going for the win.


*Obviously this is possibly bollocks and could be based on a game of FIFA between Turner and Wadsworth played beforehand but I need to pass the time somehow so I am choosing to trust them.
