nothing on either teams official website, and reading that i wouldnt be entirely sure the game actually happened.

would be very unusual for pools to risk first team players 4 days before the start of the season sctatchinghead sctatchinghead

Clearly it didn't happen - the clue is in the score and we haven't been able to score 2 against most teams league or non league

Strange....... as on the Kilmarnock site they have a home friendly against Spanish side Real Valladolid tomorrow night, so hardly likely to put out a first team against us 2 days prior.

they played it in a classroom with the doors closed? That's one way to keep the attack out, and playing one twos off the radiator is always a good tactic in such conditions

Summit fishy going on here. I reckon 2 games were played, one at the Vic, the other at Houghall. We won one 2-0, and the Killies the other 2-0. Therefore both clubs could tell their respective fans they won, and Roberts yer' mothers brother. Cushty.

No football took place.

We had collage competition, Denis Behan collated some lovely pictures of his home town of Cork and Armann Bjornnson backed some cracking snaps of the Eyjafjallajokull volcano in full flow to secure our 2-0 win. A fairly easy win really as Kilmarnock is an unphotogenic shithole.
