Police and a couple of Ambulances parked on Stockton Road and outside of Central Stores!!!! confised

A Rarf sat on the roof of the old Asda/Fine Fare Car park threatning to jump!!!! :roll:

Looks like an alcho/druggy....push the divvy tvvat I say!!!! :roll:
