Grand Central have offer in Mail tonight. Third off tickets to London, have to collect vouchers over next 4 days from Mail to qualify.

Offer only available for tickets purchased to travel up to the 20th August.

No good for any away games but if anyone going to London prior to then and don't have tickets then it saves you about £23 quid, one coupon per person. Have to travel back within a month if purchase them. And have to purchased on-line and the coupon presented to conductor on day of travel.

May be some use to some on here.

I'm going to London by train in Novemeber. Is it best to book tickets early or do they reduce in price nearer the date, if a lot are still available?

Grand central don't do cheap early bookings, it same price so if going from Hartlepool it be the same price on the day.

If your going East Coast line and from darlington you can get cheaper tickets up to 12 weeks prior to your travelling dates.

if you do that you have to book on a specific time train, there and back.

If you happen to miss the train your booked on you will have to pay full price again on the next one.
