The octopus has an 80% winning strike rate for his predictions.

He was today given 24 smaller boxes of food each with a League 1 badge on each, the first he opened had the badge of Hartlepool FC on it.

This was taken as Hartlepool being 2010/11 league 1 Champions.

Or on a less optomistic front taken as Hartlepool United being the first team to shuffle from this mortal coil we call home and know as League 1 :shock:
