Great, Bob we have a new member MisterB(as well as Tree and PoolieBri). If i remember from school two positives make a negative, so if i take this in reverse your two negatives make a positive. It may be on a technicallity and it may not be true but i will take it and so welcome to the group MisterB.Enbrace it!

I'm definately in.

But I'm a bit concerned about the committee they have made some dreadful mistakes.
They havent got a clue. Money has been wasted on complete wasters. If things dont change I'm leaving group.
The management of the group has been non league standard. I'm not attending any more meetings til things get better.

Yes this new positive thinking is good!

Im really excited about the new season. I think we are near to having a decent squad who can be up there fighting for a play-off place. If Evan Horwood settles in then defensively we should be strong (ish). Lets just hope we get a pacey (A MUST!) attacking midfielder who can get his foot on the ball and play alongside gamble or ritchie. Sorted.

With the right supply from midfield Behan will do the business. If Brown can stay fit too then there will be little stopping us especially now that Wordsworth can keep Turner 'right'.

Murray seems to be impressing, as does Horwood and Yantoro. If this Dutch gadgie is any good i'm off to William Hills. :coool:

And to make things more positive we may have the speedy forward in the O'Donovan mode in Gary Martin released by the Boro at end of last season, only young (20 in October) but I was told he's fast as F*** and won the bleep test with ease of course that information may be exaggerated (wrong in other words) but you never know.

Wordsworth is quite apt actually as he is merited with the quote

"What we need is not the will to believe, but the wish to find out."

Which every member of Pools playing squad/management team should remember.

"OPTIMISM is the key to SUCCESS" Fetish Bob July 2010

Apologies but that bit was pure sarcasm rather than optimism
