If Kevin Prince Boateng plays for Ghana and his brother Jerome plays for Germany when the two sides meet next Wednesday. Will it be the first time ever that two brothers have played against each other in the World Cup?

Do you mean in the finals or in qualifying?

It wouldn't be the first time that it had happened if you included qualifying games.

Both, its just a wierd scenario as brothers playing on the same international team is rare (de boer, charlton, laudrups, Toure's and cant think of any others) but on opposite teams generally un heard off.

Nah, it's a regular thing in world cup qualifiers.

For example Trinidad & Tobago v Jamaica sees the brothers playing each other regular and that.
