the most recent squeeze compilation is called the squeeze story which was released last summer, double album with book etc put together by the guy who runs the squeeze website http://www.packetofthree.com.
but the whole back catalogue is going to be released this year digitally remastered and with new sleeve notes, this is significant as quite a few of their albums have been deleted and are currently not available.

the up the junction release may well be on the back of the hype about The View who include it in their live set and put it out as the B side to superstar tradesmen.

mr ECG I'd add ridiculous to your list but for someone who is new to squeeze 45's and under is fantastic.

agree about ridiculous.

The only album to avoid, in fact, is Sweets from a stranger. A self admitted turkey. The only one in their catalogue.

Cosi Fan Tutti Fruiti is not great either but is passable.

The rest are all worth buying.

You seem to have cheered up after yesterday, you have even managed to recommend a band that doesn't have anything to do with Joe Strummer..........come on, what gives :!:

Would love to stay and chat but we finish at 2 over here, which is nice. See you on the other side of the weekend.
