He was seriously angry on Poolsworld, sounds like he also feels that we need a clear out. It does give a bit of hope with some of the things he said.

Like:

'They are a lot of lads disappointed in there, exactly the same way they've been disappointed for the last 50 odd games. It can't continue'

We've got a weakness in both boxes that need fixing urgently'

'They may have had a reality check in there I've told one or two of them some things that might just bring one or two things'

'We're saying the same things every week and it's getting quite annoying from my point of view having to say it.'
